This week there is another optional (but recommended) printable packet which is linked above. Please contact me ASAP if you are unable to print it and I will make alternate arrangements to get it to you.
The coversheet of the packet explains the recommended tasks for each day or you can view them below. To simplify it, just be sure you keep the pages in order and that the arctic animal reading page is the first page they do daily. Students stop when they reach the next arctic passage. At the end of the packet I have included a new section of daily hands on/creative activities. I encourage the students to complete these and I think they will really enjoy them. Feel free to send photos of them to me via Seesaw, I'd love to see them. Please note some of the activities may require parent assistance. Also if you plan on completing them, you will need 2 eggs and salt for Tuesday's "eggs-periment".
Daily iReady use is recommended to help your child reach his/her goal of 2 passed lessons per week for each subject. If the goal is reached early in the week and your child would like to do something different, Prodigy or EPIC Books (message me for access code) are great alternative options.
Parents please set up your child's Seesaw access ASAP so he/she can start posting completed activities. If you have any questions, comments, feedback please don't hesitate to contact me via Class Dojo or email.
