Our school organized a hiking programme from the school to Namtsang Tsho to observe International Peace Day under the theme “Invest in Peace – For Everyone, Everywhere, Every Day.”

The hike provided students with an opportunity to connect with nature while promoting peace, friendship, unity, and cooperation. Hidden messages and exciting tasks along the route encouraged teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and active participation.

Phob Dha Toray is a cherished Bhutanese tradition that brings students together to experience the traditional way of dining. Rice is served on a white cloth, known as Toray, while different curries are served in bowls (Phob).

The activity allows students to experience traditional dining practices while developing values of discipline, respect, sharing, and togetherness. It also provides a meaningful opportunity to preserve and pass on Bhutan’s rich cultural heritage to the younger generation.

The school successfully organized an Inter-House Cricket Match to encourage active participation, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among students. The event provided students with an opportunity to showcase their cricketing skills while learning the importance of cooperation, fair play, and healthy competition.

The matches were filled with enthusiasm and excitement, creating a positive sporting atmosphere among students and staff.

Our school conducted a SBIP session on the Upshift Programme for teachers and students, facilitated by Madam Lungten Selden. The session encouraged students to explore creative ideas, develop problem-solving skills, and strengthen their entrepreneurial thinking. It was an engaging and meaningful learning experience for all participants.
