If your child is offered HMTL by MOE:
Parents will be informed via Parents' Gateway (PG) if onboarded.
Refer to the instructions that will be sent via PG to accept or decline the offer.
If your child is NOT offered Higher Chinese by MOE, but has completed HCL at PSLE, obtained at least AL3 for CL, and is interested to continue HCL in secondary school, please indicate your interest by completing the following form and emailing it to HOD MTL, Mdm Koh Lee Keng at koh_lee_keng@moe.edu.sg.

The status of application for third language will made known to parents via PG.
If successful, please register online with MOE Language Centre (MOE LC). Further information will be listed on the MOE LC website. (https://www.moelc.moe.edu.sg)
Malay Special Programme (MSP)
Zhonghua Secondary School is the Malay Special Programme Centre in the South zone.

Important information for successful MSP applicants (all schools):
Successful MSP applicants will be informed by your school.
2. Kindly complete the online form below, from 23 Dec 2021 7.00am, to 6 Jan 2022 11.59pm, if you accept the offer to take up MSP in Zhonghua Secondary School.
If successful applicants do not register by 6 Jan 2022, the offer will lapse and the place will be offered to another applicant. No action is required if applicant declines the offer.
3. Details of the MSP Sec 1 lessons are as follow:
- Every Friday, 2.00pm - 5.00pm
- Lessons will commence on 21 Jan 2022 (Term 1, Week 3)
- Venue will be made known at a later timing. There will be signages to guide students to their respective classrooms on the first lesson.
4. Kindly purchase the MSP Sec 1 ‘Fasih Bahasa’ textbook and workbook from Zhonghua Secondary school bookshop or Popular Bookshop, prior to commencement of lesson.
5. An email confirmation will also be sent to your child's respective school’s HOD MTL.
Appeal for MSP (for newly posted Zhonghua Sec Students)
If you did not submit an application for MSP earlier, and if you are still keen to register for MSP, please email our MSP Coordinator, Ms Azreen, at sitinur_azreen_halil@moe.edu.sg.

Appeals must reach us by 31 Dec 2021 (Fri).
Students will be placed on the waiting list subject to availability.
Appeal for MSP (for students from other schools)
