Please note at West Spring Secondary, our PLD's
School Study Hours is 6:30 am to 4 pm.
After-School Hours is 4 pm to 9 pm. (Mon to Fri),
6:30 am to 9 pm (Sat and Sun)
Sleep Hours is 9 pm to 6:30 am (Mon to Sun)
** Parents can choose to extend or change Sleep Hours by sending the request to DMA Administrators . Extending or changing of Sleep Hours is applicable for PLD under Default and Option A DMA configuration. There is no Sleep Hours for PLD under Option B.
Possible Sleep Hours setting (from):
7.00pm, 8.00pm, 9.00pm, 10.00pm and 11.00pm
Default option: Restrictions after school follows the school hours settings (no change). Objectionable websites are blocked.
Option A: Flexibility in setting additional/less restrictions than the default option for after school hours' use. Users under Option A will have additional rights to modify the restrictions.
Option B : Users under Option B will be able to disable the DMA in their PLD during after-school hours by logging into the device with their personal google account. No restrictions and no blocking of objectional websites. User can use PLD overnight as there will not be any device sleep hours.

Option B users do not have Parent DMA account since DMA is disabled during after-school hours
After school hours, the login screen has an additional option "Add Person" to sign in as a guest user (See Section 4, Pg 7 of the guide)
After-school hours, Option B users will log off their Student iCON account, click "Add Person" and log in with their personal Google account to access the PLD without DMA restrictions
