We welcomed Minister Chan Chun Sing to WGS! We were proud to take him on a mini school tour and shared stories about our lives as Woodgrovers. We enjoyed the dialogue session and were able to discuss issues we face as teenagers. We are grateful for such an opportunity and we look forward to welcoming you to our home once again!

We are grateful to Mr Peter Koh for his insightful and engaging opening address during our 2022 Speech Day. We also appreciate his invaluable sharing about his journey with the Oceanus Group to our staff. Thank you for being part of our Woodgrove family and we look forward to seeing you again!

We held our very first EU@school programme at WGS!

The ambassador to Singapore from Hungary, Ms Judith Pach, gave us insights into Hungarian culture as well as the European Union.

Following a short talk in the school hall, Ms Pach engaged in a dialogue with some of our Sec 3 students, delighting them with wonderful tidbits about Hungary as well as innovations that Singapore and Hungary are embarking on, especially in green recovery efforts.

In commemoration of Total Defence Day, our Secondary Four and Five students were given an opportunity to partake in a National Service dialogue.

We had the privilege of welcoming our former student, Mr Keven Lee, back home. He candidly responded to a variety of questions posed by our students.

We are also proud that many of our Woodgrovers mastered the courage to take the microphone to ask questions regarding national service and serving in the police force - this is definitely an instance of curiosity to learn at its finest.
