Financial Assistance

i) MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)

The Ministry of Education provides financial assistance to needy Singaporean students to support them on fees and other school expenses.

MOE has announced a change in the eligibility for MOE FAS on 16 October 2025. For more information on the eligibility criteria and benefits, please visit Financial assistance | MOE

Parents/Guardians who wish to apply for the MOE FAS* can do so through

(i)                  the Parents Gateway app services or

(ii)                via this link: https://go.gov.sg/moe-efasggas

*Please complete the FAS application before getting your books and uniforms.
Students on MOE FAS will be collecting their books and uniforms onsite 

ii) IMDA DigitalAccess@Home

IMDA’s DigitalAccess@Home provides subsidised broadband and laptops/tablets to lower-income households. For more information on the eligibility criteria and application, you can visit www.digitalaccess.gov.sg. 

iii) Other Schemes

Students who are not eligible for MOE FAS may apply for or be nominated for other bursaries and financial assistance schemes. Parents/Guardians who require additional financial support are encouraged to approach the school to explore other assistance options.
