The school uses Parents Gateway as the primary platform of communication with you. Developed by the Ministry of Education and GovTech, Parents Gateway is a one-stop portal that strengthens school-home partnership to support the students in their education journey.

The app allows you to access all official school announcements and forms at your fingertips. You may: 

1. give consent for your child's activities anytime, anywhere.

2. receive official announcements directly from us. 

3. make travel declarations and update your child's contact details.

4. keep track of upcoming activities for all of your children. 

FAQs 

1. Who can access Parents Gateway? 

Access to Parents Gateway is granted to parents, legal guardians and authorised caregivers of students studying in MOE schools in Singapore. Parents will need to use SingPass to access Parents Gateway. 

2. My child’s details in Parents Gateway are missing or incorrect. 

Parents need to approach the schools to update their particulars in the MOE School Records System. Please note that the school may require certain documents for the necessary verification. 

3. How will I be notified if the school has sent an Announcement/Form on Parents Gateway? 

A push notification and/or email notification will provide the alert, if both have been enabled on the phone and in the Parents Gateway app settings.
