Every child will experience a first in life. First time meeting new friends, first time being in a brand new school, the first meeting with their form teacher, who will in the course of the next two years, shape their fundamentals, worldview and values.
The P1 children had their first experience in buying their own food and eating with their new classmates. Some were shy, but many had made new friends and were seen chatting happily with one another while having their food.
Learning the virtue of gratitude as each one made a card as a way of saying "Thank You" to their parents.
Learning takes place beyond classrooms in TNPS. Methods can change but the methodology does not.
