The school was founded in January 1994 with 18 teachers and 320 students in Primary One. It was located at Qiaonan Primary School at Tampines Street 11 for almost a year before moving to the current site in November.
1997 - Official Opening

3 years after moving in to the current site, the school was officially opened on 26 July 1997
2003 - PRIME
2003 - PRIME
The school underwent the Programme for Rebuilding and Improved Existing Schools to improve its facilities.
2018 - Second Upgrade
2018 - Second Upgrade
The school went through a second upgrade and added more facilities and infrastructure such as Indoor Sports Hall.
2019 - 25 Years
2019 - 25 Years
The school celebrated its 25th anniversary on 3rd October 2019. Heartfelt messages and mementoes were placed in a time capsule to mark this event. To commemorate our humble beginnings, our students were treated to a host of experiences from game booths to water soccer. “Feathers” with students’ well-wishes and aspirations for the school were pieced together to form a beautiful wall mural titled “Soar on Wings”, symbolizing our collective hopes and dreams for the future.

Time Capsule
Time Capsule
On the eve of the Teachers’ Day Celebration last year, our students and staff witnessed the sealing of the ‘Time Capsule’. Our students and staff spent months preparing and the moment finally came for us to fill it with heartfelt messages and mementos. The capsule will serve to commemorate the past 25 years of our wonderful memories, both as a memento of the present, and as a message for the TNPS family in the time to come.
