Arrival Card
You will need to submit your personal information, trip details and health declaration electronically within three days prior to the date of your arrival in Singapore.
You can submit the SG Arrival Card via the ICA e-service or through "MyICA" mobile application that can be downloaded for free from either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Please refer to entry requirements for more information on entering Singapore.
You will receive your SG Arrival Card in the form of a PDF document or email once ICA has successfully processed your submission. Please note that the SG Arrival Card comes with a unique DE Number that accompanies your passport number.
Please note the SG Arrival Card is not a visa and the use of the SG Arrival Card e-Service is free of charge.
VISA Requirement
You may need a VISA to enter Singapore, refer to the following website to find out if you need one.
We strongly advise all participants to purchase travel insurance before coming to Singapore. This insurance will provide you with peace of mind and protection against unforeseen events during your trip. It’s also often a requirement for certain visa types.
All food served during the event will be halal certified.
Vegetarian option is provided as well.
If you are allergic to any food substance or diet, please indicate in the registration form and inform us!
In Singapore, power plugs and sockets (outlets) of type G are used.
The standard voltage is 230 V at a frequency of 50 Hz.
MASS RAPID TRANSIT (MRT)
In Singapore, our railway system is known as the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT). Do keep a lookout for the following logo to find the nearest MRT station. It is the fastest and most convenient way to travel around Singapore!
The nearest MRT station to NJC is Tan Kah Kee (DT8).

You can also board a bus at the various bus stops located around Singapore.

PAYMENT MODES
You can travel on both MRT and bus, simply with just a stored value card such as an EZ-link or NETS FlashPay. Just tap and you can take any the transport around Singapore and charged based on distance travelled. Such cards may be purchased at a 7eleven, Cheers or an MRT station itself.
EZ-Link cards may be bought or revalued at any Ticket Sales Office located in most MRT stations and bus interchanges. Each adult card is sold with a minimum value of S$10 plus a deposit fee of S$5.
You may also level up your public transport experience with SimplyGo! Use your Mastercard® or Visa contactless credit and debit cards, mobile wallets (ApplePay, GooglePay, SamsungPay and Fitbit Pay), or NETS Tap contactless bank cards to pay for your train and bus fares, and skip top-ups altogether. Singapore’s currency is in dollars (SGD) and cents (¢). Banknotes come in denominations of $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100. Coins are in denominations of 5¢, 10¢, 20¢, 50¢ and $1. Brunei currency is acceptable at par with the Singapore currency.
Please note, tipping is not customary in Singapore as most restaurants have already levy a 10% service charge on customer's bill.
Currency Changing
Most banks provide travellers' cheque services and foreign currency exchange, though some do not operate foreign exchange services on Saturdays. A passport is required when cashing travellers' cheques, and a small commission fee may apply.
Foreign currency can also be exchanged at banks, hotels, and licensed money changers, which are typically found in shopping complexes. Visitors are strongly advised to exchange money only at licensed money changers.
