Activity 2: Empathy Map
Questions:
Put yourselves in the shoes of your beneficiary. What do you see, hear, feel, …
What have you heard them saying or observed them doing?
What are their fears, frustrations or anxieties?
What are their wants, needs, hopes and dream?
How would your VIA project serve the needs of your beneficiary?
