MOE Overseas Student Attachment Programme (OSAP)
The Ministry of Education will be selecting JC1 (or its equivalent year) students from schools under MOE, Singapore to participate in the following overseas attachment programmes in 2025:
• Center for Excellence in Education – Research Science Institute Programme (CEE-RSI), USA
• The University of Sydney International Science School (ISS), Australia
Students applying for the programmes must be able to commit fully for the duration of the programme that they are applying for.
Eligibility:
JC1 Singaporeans or Singapore PRs
Outstanding in co-curricular activities
Possess good communication skills
Strong passion in STEM and research
Should have prior research experience (critical criteria for CEE-RSI, not necessary for ISS)
Obtained these grades for the O-Level examination
Mathematics A1
Additional Mathematics A1
2 pure Science subjects A1 OR A1 in one pure Science subject and Computing/Computer Science subject
English Distinction
Application process:
Submit certified true copies of Secondary School testimonial, CCA record and O-Level examination results with the completed application form for CEE-RSI and ISS . Do note that you are required to obtain recommendation from Principal of your JC (Ms Low can help you with this) on the application form. At the same time, you are required to make a video clip submission.
The completed form, video file, supporting documents, endorsements and online application must be submitted the following dates for CEE-RSI and ISS.
