This SLS module introduces you to the basics of digital file management on PLDs. Through this module, you will:

understand that managing and backing up data is essential;
learn tips to organise files using folders and appropriate file names;
demonstrate the ability to manage and back up data on your own PLD.

explain what is Artificial Intelligence (AI) and identify examples of AI;

How to Change The Keyboard Layout on a Chromebook

Problem: Incorrect Letters appear when keys are pressed.

Sometimes a Chromebook lists something other than "US" in the bottom right corner. When you see this, it means the Chromebook Keyboard has been changed from the US Standard keyboard to a different style of keyboard. When this happens, some keys will not make the letter/symbol you expect to appear.

For issues on Personal Learning Device (PLD), you can either

1. report issue to ACER Service Centre directly (refer to Student Information Kit above) OR

2. report issue to ACER Service Centre through the school ICT Team

Do note that it may take a longer turnaround time if issue is reported through the school.
