Financial assistance scheme

Singapore citizens with financial needs can get assistance from MOE on school fees and other expenses. 

Students who require financial assistance can submit their application via e-FAS (Click here). 

All information provided will be treated with strict confidentiality. 

For Approved MOE-FAS students

Students approved under MOE-FAS need not purchase their school textbooks or school uniforms online. The collection date of school textbooks and school uniforms is on 23 December 2025, 9 am to 3 pm.
