  • Raise an ICT request at least 2 days in advance. Request Form

  • The AVPA Technician would get back to you within 24 hours.

  • You will be informed to sign out once the equipment is ready.

  • Should setup be required, please inform the AVPA Technician.

  • Please return the equipment and sign in after use.

In-class ict support

  • Book the computer room via the LMS.

  • All adhoc ICT request should be submitted/informed at least 2 days in advance. Request Form

  • The Desktop Engineers (DE) would get back to you within 24 hours on the outcome of request.

  • If the DEs are available, they will be in the computer room for the first 15 minutes of the lesson (to assist in any login, or other network or computer issues).

loaning of computing devices

  • All computing devices are available for loan from 0800 to 1630.

  • All computing devices must be return by 1630.

  • You will be informed to sign out once the equipment is ready.
