Replacement of devices should be covered under the insurance/warranty as far as possible. If the insurance/warranty has expired, or the replacement is not covered under the insurance/warranty (e.g. due to negligence or has already received a replacement device earlier), schools can help to facilitate the second purchase. Students can use their Edusave to pay for a new device and subsidy will be provided for student of lower-income family. No further subsidies will be provided for the same student beyond second purchase. Students will have to pay for the replacement device in full.
