SLS is an online learning platform that contains curriculum-aligned resources and learning tools. Use it to learn anywhere, anytime.

SLS PASSWORD RESET

Please use your iCON/MIMS account to log into SLS.

If you have forgotten your iCON/MIMS password, you can now reset their own MIMS password by performing a one-time set-up of answers to 3-security challenge questions. Please follow the instructions found here to do so. If you are unable to perform the set-up or your MIMS account is locked, please contact your Form-teacher(s) or IT personnel at E3-02.

Monday to Friday

4pm to 9pm (school days)

9am to 9pm (school holidays)

Saturday

9am to 3pm (closed on Sundays and public holidays)

Student iCON

Your Student iCON account is the main mode of communication between you, your peers and your teachers. It will be used to access Google Suite for Education as well as other learning-related apps.

Important Note: Please use your Student iCON email to setup a Zoom account. You will need a Zoom account for HBL Morning Check-in. Refer to the onboarding guide below:

Google suite

Peicai Secondary School harnesses the power of the Google Suite for Education tools to challenge students towards collaboration and self-directedness. Find out more about each app below.

Classroom

Google Classroom will be the main repository for teachers to share lessons/files/documents/resources with students. Check it often and at the start of each lesson to see what your teachers have shared with you!

Docs

Google Docs is an online word processor that allows multiple users to work on it concurrently.

Use this when you want to collaborate with your peers on proposals/essays.

Slides

Google Slides is an online presenter that allows multiple users to work on it concurrently. Use this when you want to collaborate with your peers on presentations.

Sheets

Google Sheets is a spreadsheet programme that allows you to process data and represent them with charts and diagrams.

Drive

Google Drive is a storage app that allows you to share materials and resources with others. Organising it well will help you find your resources easily.

Gmail

Gmail is an email service that you can use to communicate with your peers and your teachers. Look out for critical announcements from the school on Gmail.

Calendar

Google Calendar helps you keep track of your lessons, assignments, projects and deadlines. Keeping abreast of your tasks and responsibility is an essential aspect of maturation.

Forms

Google Form is a survey administration programme. It can be used to create quizzes, surveys and polls. Pair it with Google Sheets to enhance your data analysis.
