Option 1: Students can choose to utilise AppleCare+ Warranty for repair of cracked screens by paying a $68 service fee. The wait time for repairs using Apple Care+ is approximately 3 – 5 working days. This is the recommended option for repairs of cracked screens.
Option 2 (Only valid for school-purchased bundles): Students can choose to claim insurance for cracked screen repairs by filling up this insurance form (to be printed or hardcopy can be obtained from E3-02). However, please note that cracked screens due to negligence will not be claimable. Also, once insurance is utilised to pay for repair(s), it cannot be used for replacement**. The student device will be collected and passed over to the vendor for servicing. The wait time for processing of claim insurance and servicing is approximately 2 months.
Insurance and Warranty coverage is only valid for 3 years from date of device purchase.
**The 3-year insurance covers only 2 repairs OR 1 replacement of PLD.
Important! - All iPads after servicing/ replacement must be passed to the school ICT Team. The ICT team will help enable student iPad to connect to school WIFI.

Students will need to purchase a replacement of the apple pencil on their own. It is recommended that Apple Pencil or Logitech Crayon Digital Pencil be purchased as the replacement as these are the only two pencils found to be compatible with iPad.
Note that there is no insurance coverage for broken apple pencil.
Students will need to send their iPads to ICT Team for reset should the iPads be disabled or become unavailable due to multiple failed login attempts.
Students will need to send their iPads to ICT Team for reset should the iPads keep shutting down on its own despite restarting the device. If the problem persists after reset, the iPads will have to be sent in for repair (via Apple Care+ or insurance claim).
