Canberra Secondary School Overseas Service-Learning Programme
The overseas service-learning initiative IS designed to equip our students with 21st-century competencies and shape them into effective leaders of character. Through this programme, students are nurtured to become confident and competent global citizens, adept in navigating and appreciating diverse cultures. Programme Objectives
OSL encourages students to critically engage with key topics such as community engagement, cultural diversity, sustainability, and active citizenship. By exploring these areas, the programme aims to strengthen students' commitment to and rootedness in Singapore while broadening their global perspectives.Programme Objectives
Additionally, the programme fosters empathy and a deeper understanding of others, providing students with the foundation to become leaders who make positive contributions to their communities. OSL instils a strong sense of social responsibility, inspiring students to dedicate themselves to serving the greater public good.

Who Participates?
A group of 21 passionate students are selected from the Secondary 3 cohort to participate in the OSL. These students, driven by a shared commitment to service learning, are divided into THREE teams. Each team conducts lessons for beneficiaries in various subjects, including English, Mathematics & Science, Arts & Crafts, Music, and Physical Education.Who Participates?
