1) Name of Students  

As Form Classes and MT groups are sharing the same pool of students, please use the following settings.

First Name: English names 

Last Name: MT Name

2. Name of Classes

Please follow the following naming convention

Form class: P1-3 (2022)

MT Class: 3CL4 (2022)

Teachers can add in the customised names after the year.

3. Form Class owners to add other subject teachers (except MT teachers)

4  Archiving of classes that are not in use

If you have past year classes that are not in use, please archive it.

5. Class Grades

For our convenience, please set your class grades to the following:

Grade 1 - Primary 1

Grade 2 - Primary 2

Grade 3 - Primary 3

Grade 4 - Primary 4

Grade 5 - Primary 5

Grade 6 - Primary 6

Grade 7 - CCAs

6. Please ensure that you have joined New Town Primary School. 

Teachers should use iCON email to set up the classdojo account. 

Please also remove your inactive accounts that are no longer in use.
