Onboard new students in SLS

Form teachers can check School Cockpit to see if the following are allocated for the student transferring in.
1. Form Class
2. Subject Combination
3. MT Group

The student should appear in SLS classes in 1 to 2 days after the data is synced to SLS. 

For groups created manually by teachers, the student will need to be manually updated by the teachers.

As the student will already have an SLS account from the previous school, no onboarding is needed.

This group will likely consist of new International Students, and/or returning LOA students. Form Teachers, can check School Cockpit to see if student's class and subject combinations have been allocated for the student transferring in. 

The student should appear in SLS subject classes in 1 to 2 days after the data is synced to SLS. 

For groups  created manually by teachers, the student will need to be manually updated by the teachers.  (Edit group)

To onboard the student, FTs need to: 1. Reset student's SLS password2. Issue 'Access to Singapore Learning Space' letter (contains username and instructions) via PG, or other platforms .3. Send SLS temporary password to the student/parent in a separate notification
