The mouth cutting through the cake aims to express how one's words can inflict a lot of pain to others. The cake melts and morph into a heart shows that the victim's happiness and self-esteem is no longer strong. The half eaten strawberries shows that these words have affected the victim's life and left to rot. One man's words can affect another.
