Forms for Parents' Completion

East Spring Primary School uses MOE’s Parents Gateway (PG) portal to communicate with our students’ parents/guardians.

• Parents Gateway (PG) mobile app will be used to send notifications regarding school events, assessment and other important announcements. You are required  to download the app and turn on the ‘Push Notifications’ in the app settings by 13 November 2026 to ensure that you will receive all school notifications. • Please ensure you download the Parents Gateway mobile app and log in to view your child’s class allocation from 1 December 2026 onwards under the 'Contacts' tab.

This application form for interbank giro is applicable to International (IS) & Permanent Resident (PR) students/wards only. You are required to apply for your child's school and miscellaneous fees to be paid through GIRO. The GIRO arrangement will cover the payment of enrichment programmes, school charges and deduction of national examination fees. Submit an eGiro application here. As your child/ward will be starting primary one in January 2027, the Ministry of Education (MOE) would like to collect necessary information about you and your child/ward to provide educational services for your child/ward in our schools.

Please submit the information through the online Student Details Form portal from 30 Nov 2026. The portal can be accessed via the URL: https://pg.moe.edu.sg/forms/sdf, the Services page on Parents Gateway (PG) mobile app or the QR code below. Either parent can login to submit the required particulars. We seek your help to complete the submission by 31 Dec 2026.

This form is applicable to Singapore Citizen students/wards only. Students will receive annual contributions of $230 from the start of their primary school until completion of secondary school education. The Edusave account of Singaporean student may be used to pay for monthly school fees and enrichment programme charges. 

The FAS Scheme is for Singapore Citizen students/wards with Gross Household Income of $4000 and below or Per Capita Income of $1000 and below. Please see more information on the FAS scheme here:

• Outcome of FAS application: You can login to the SFS Workhub to see if your child/ward's application is successful. The School Admin Team will inform you of the redemption details if your child's/ward's application is successful.

Pls indicate 'P1-2027' in the class field in the form first as your child's class is not ready. The outcome will be sent to the parent/guardian via SMS by 4 December 2026.
