This annual humanities symposium is organized by students from the Temasek Humanities Programme (THP).

This platform provides unique perspectives and insights  on a selected theme from distinguished guest speakers and engages students from a spectrum of schools in meaningful conversations about challenges facing our world.

This year's symposium theme is "Stereo-tropical"- exploring how we see the tropics and how it is perceived and represented!

NIEC is also hosting Playtime! Explore & Learn with Our Preschoolers Through Play on 11 June (Wed) at the Singapore Discovery Centre. 

At the event, students will get a firsthand experience at the role of a preschool educator by interacting with preschoolers through fun SG60-themed activities. They can also speak with our lecturers and student ambassadors to learn more about NIEC’s courses! At the end of the day, students will receive a Certificate of Participation to strengthen their EAE portfolio.
