What to note?
Ensure there is no loose strings hanging out of the Uniform.
If there is, use a scissors to neatly trim it off.
Follow the
‘Basic Attire Rules’
.
Boots
Polished (Darkened)
Ensure the Boots are evenly black with no specks of dirt and dust.
Wearing of Beret
Front edge should be 1 inch above eyebrows and straight across forehead.
Side edge should be parallel to the ground.
Center the cap badge above the left eye.
Pull excess material between the top and middle of right ear.
Hair should not extend below the front bottom edge of the beret.
Tuck in the beret tail.
Wearing of Jockey Cap
Tuck in excess fringe into the Jockey Cap
Jockey Cap must be pressed onto the head to ensure it fits.
Fold Smart 4 [Number 4 Uniform]
Tying of boot lace and securing of garters
Polish / Darken boots
Season and fold beret
Arrangement of badges or patches on No.3 or No.4
