If you are considering pursuing higher education overseas, you may want to reflect on the following:
Why am I considering furthering my education overseas?
What are the factors of consideration when I'm planning for overseas studies?
Will an overseas degree be applicable if I want to practise my vocation in Singapore after graduation?
What are the course(s) offered by the overseas universities and how do they align with my personal values, interests, personality, skills/strengths?
What do I hope to pursue in the future, after taking these course(s)?
How should I prepare myself for higher education?
You may use the resources in this page to help you in your consideration.
You can converse with your teachers, seniors, or schedule an appointment with the ECG Counsellor (ECGC) for more personalised advice.
Discussion on overseas studies should also be done with your family members due to the support required.
All the best!
The onus is on applicants (students), to read up and adhere closely to the relevant requirements and timelines of the universities they are applying to.
