Parents Gateway

Parents Gateway is a mobile app developed by MOE to support parents’ involvement in their child’s educational journey. The app enables you to receive information from the school and perform a range of administrative functions, including granting consent for school programmes/activities, booking of Parent-Teacher Meeting slots and declaring travel plans during school terms.

We would like to share resources to support you and prepare your child for this transition, as well as provide important administrative instructions and announcements on the following:

(i) the start of school preparation process

(ii) the administrative requirements that need to be fulfilled in a timely manner

(iii) your child’s transition into P1 via the app.

To facilitate this, we encourage you to download the Parents Gateway app on your mobile phone (available on iOS and Android platforms only). Upon successful download, the app will guide you through a simple one-time onboarding process. You may refer to Annex A for the step-by-step guide.

For parents who are unable to access Parents Gateway, please be assured that we will continue to keep you updated via alternative means of communication (such as hardcopy letters or email).
