(1) P1 Orientation
Register for the P1 orientation that will take place on 21 Nov. There will be briefings and students will get to meet their form teachers.
(2) School Bus Interest
For students needing school bus services, parents are to indicate your interest in the form. The respective school bus operators will contact you regarding bus services.
Should parents decide to enroll your child for the above at a later date, please contact the operators directly. You can find the contact information in the information booklet.
(3) School-Based Student Care Centre Interest
For students needing student care services, parents are to indicate your interest in the form. Parents will be notify the status of your application by early December.
Please email us at changkat_ps@moe.edu.sg if you need to put in a request for our SCC services after application has closed.
(4) Other School Required Information
Provide information about your child for the form teachers.

The Ministry of Education (MOE) would like to collect some information about you and your child/ward for the purpose of providing educational services to your child/ward during the period your child/ward is in MOE schools.
Both parents are required to log in individually using own SingPass account to submit own particulars as well as verify personal details of your child/ward.
(2) GIRO (Click here for the link.) Required for ALL students

Parents/guardians will be able to apply for GIRO online for payment of school fees and charges from 5 Dec 2022. The link will be available through Parents Gateway (PG) app and in the MOE internet website (School fees|MOE). Parents will have up till 15 Jan 2023 to sign up for GIRO for the first deduction in Feb 2023.
This new digital service is available to account holders from BOC, DBS/POSB, MAY, OCBC, SCB, HSBC and UOB for a start.
(3) Edusave Form (Click here for the link) For Singapore Citizens only

Parents/guardians can apply to use Edusave funds for payment of school fees and charges via Parents Gateway (under Services tab) or the online Edusave Standing Order Form.
Parents are required to submit the online Standing Order Form with either parent's SingPass login.

School bookshop
Parents/Guardians can place an online order for textbooks and name tags with our school bookshop vendor, Chalamay, and opt for home delivery or self-collection option. The online order period is from 7 Nov 2022 to 9 Nov 2022 (exclusively for P1 parents) and 19 Nov 2022 to 17 Dec 2022. Details are as follows:
Parents are to place their textbooks/name tags orders with Chalamay at http://www.cps.chalamay.com
You can opt for home delivery (at $10 per order per destination) or self-collection at the school bookshop (strictly by appointment).
Available mode of payment will be Cash, PayNow and Bank Transfer.
Order for delivery and self-collection options will be processed once Payment amount (with delivery fee if applicable) has been made.

Parents/Guardians can also purchase textbooks from the school bookshop directly. Please take note of the dates stated in the booklist.

Parents/Guardians can place an online order for the school uniforms with our vendor, My Uniform Shop, and opt for home delivery option. All home delivery orders must be received and paid before 11 December 2022, 2359. You may refer to the online website, www.myuniformshop.com.sg for more details regarding purchasing guide and delivery.
