Sec 3 Social Studies
What is this section about?
This section is where we will put notes and teaching slides for the topics in the Sec 3 Coursebook.
How does this help you?
These notes and teaching slides allow you to periodically review content based on your own Student Content Page. Your SS teachers will assign you the content page via your Google Classroom. If you want to get your own copy, you can download it from this link and upload it into your own SS Google Drive.
How do I use it?
Your Student Content Page will have suggested activities to review your content (e.g. pages of the coursebook you have to read, SLS lessons, slides to review, etc.)
Using these prompts, click on the links below to access the material and carry out your own learning or revision.
How do I know I have improved?
After reviewing the materials below, you can test your understanding by answering the questions at the start of the topic in different ways (e.g. point form, mind-map, completing quizzes, completing SBCS or SRQ)
Decide how you want to test your understanding of the topic.
Carry out the quiz/SLS lesson/pick an SBCS or SRQ to do.
