Hybrid is a combination of the Comparison skill with another skill: Surprise, Proof, Utility, or Reliability; to be applied on two sources.

The steps to Hybrid are : (1) ATQ + Content answer (both sides); (2) ATQ + Evaluate and explain provenance.

(In some mark schemes, there is a possible cross-reference step that would refer to a third source. But such a step is complex; do not spend too much time on it.)
