The guide below serve to assist graduating students to off-board the DMA from their PLD.
Please read the following requirements. The DMA uninstallation & de-enrollment guide is applicable only if students have met the following criteria:
Students are in the graduating cohort (secondary 4 & 5)
Students name, student icon email and serial number has been submitted to vendor by the school DMA admin
Prerequisite:
Students are to save/back up their files in their PLD before doing the dma off-boarding procedure.
Students are to back up or transfer their files (using Google Takeout) in their student icon email.
