You may skip this section if it does not apply to you.
Appeals will only be considered on exceptional basis for students with:
a) Serious Medical Conditions. Students with persistent or serious illness e.g. chronic heart conditions, kidney problems. An official letter from a certified doctor must be attached to the application.
b) Severe Physical Impairments. Students with physical impairments. An assessment from qualified medical professional(s) of the student’s conditions and needs should be submitted. The assessment should clearly describe the extent of impairments (temporary/permanent) and the type of assistive device that the student is currently using (e.g. those requiring permanent use of a wheelchair).
Students who wish to appeal for school transfer due to medical reasons are required to report in person on 23 December 2021 (Thursday), from 8am to 12pm to file their appeal. For assistance please call the school at 6256 9108.
All appeals must be accompanied by relevant supporting documents, such as medical reports, letters from doctors. Incomplete form or late submission will not be processed.
Please take note that students seeking transfers should continue to attend their posted secondary school until their transfer is approved.
Please also take note that successful applicants will not be allowed to reject the reposted school and request to be admitted back to their original posted school.

a) your child’s PSLE aggregate score should meet our school’s cut-off point of the posting year.
a) your child should meet our school’s admission criteria.
b) it is subject to our school’s available vacancies.
