Students who attend a drama CCA session or activity will be marked present (P).
Students who miss a drama CCA session or activity will be marked absent (AB).
If a student is unwell, he must see a doctor and produce a medical certificate (MC) / parent's letter (PL) by the next CCA session or at most 7 days after the absence. Once the MC or PL is verified, the attendance will be marked as MC (absent with MC) or VRP (absent with PL).
Please note the attendance percentage requirements for the different participation levels under LEAPS shown below.
Level 1: At least 75% attendance for 2 years (any CCA)
Level 2: At least 75% attendance for 3 years (any CCA)
Level 3: At least 75% attendance for 4 years (any CCA)
Level 4: At least 75% attendance for 4 years (same CCA)
Excuse from drama CCA session
Students who are deployed for official school activities (e.g., student leadership duties, Service Learning, etc.) must inform the CCA teachers-in-charge and submit the relevant documentation at least one week before the session they will miss.
