A PTE GB Girl:

• shows basic respect for the CCA and CCA Officers/Teachers;

• has  good attendance throughout the year;

• is punctual in meetings;

• is able to take and follow instructions well;

• sets a goal and attempted to work towards it;

• is able to identify their own strengths and limitations; 

• shows sense of urgency during meetings. 

Lance Corporal to Corporal

A LCP GB Girl: 

• takes the initiative to help when the opportunity arose on at least one occasion;

• Is an active participant in group discussions; 

• shows clarity and respect in her speech in different settings (example: giving instructions, conversation, discipline others);

• guides and supports at least one junior member on a few occasions. 

• completes Being a buddy journal. 

Corporal to Sergeant

A CPL GB Girl:

• plans and executes a company activity;

• exhibits good time management;

• is able to give constructive feedback during group discussion and planning;

• is able to identify areas of improvement, what went well etc;

• is able to show appreciation for team members despite outcomes .

• completes Being a Project Leader journal;

• attends Leadership Conference. 

Sergeant to Staff Sergeant

A SGT GB Girl:

• guides and supports a new leader (assistant squad leader, juniors etc,);

• addresses the company clearly and confidently on multiple occasions; 

• is able to lead and motivate a team; 

• exhibits qualities which are worth emulating.

• completes Being a Company Leader journal.

Staff Sergeant to Master Sergeant

A SSG GB Girl:

• guides and supports a new leader (assistant squad leader, juniors etc,);

• addresses the company clearly and confidently on multiple occasions; 

• is able to lead and motivate a team; 

• exhibits qualities which are worth emulating.
