To prepare the start of your Secondary School journey with us, please go through the segments below and assist us with filling up the formSG.
A. Important Note (Complete on 20 Dec 2023 or by 8am on 21 Dec 2023)
Step 1: As part of Sec 1 Registration, we would appreciate very much for parents/guardians to take some time to complete this FormSG by 21 Dec 2023, 8am. This will allow us to get to know your child/ward better.
Step 2: Acknowledge receipt of message and important information in Parents’ Gateway (PG).
NOTE: PG message will only be sent out on 20 Dec 2023 (Wednesday) after 5pm. Tentative class allocation will be made known through this message. It is recommended for parents to complete the above on 20 Dec 2023, if not, by 8am on 21 Dec 2023.
B. Online Engagement with Parents/Students via Zoom Webinar On Thursday, 21 Dec 2023, 8.30am to 9.30am
To welcome our Secondary One students of 2024 and their parents to the school, we will be holding a webinar on Thursday, 21 December 2023, 8.30a.m. During this webinar, we will share important information about the school, the first day of school and Secondary One orientation programme, and other administrative matters.
Please register for the online zoom webinar using the following link https://go.gov.sg/aisss1registrationwebinar by Wednesday, 20 December 2023, 5 pm. The school will email the webinar access link and password to your registered email upon registration.

The log-in details for the Zoom Webinar session on Thursday, 21 Dec 2023 is also provided in the message through PG. Please register in advance for this webinar.
The Zoom Webinar will commence at 8.30am. You may start to log in using the ID and password from 8.15am. The webinar will end at 9.30am.
There will be concurrent Q&A zoom sessions for SBB and HMTL after the webinar.
A Personal Touch from the AI Team
After the zoom engagement sessions, do expect a phone call from 26 Dec 2023 to 5 Jan 2024 by our dedicated form teachers to connect with you and your child/ward.
C. Purchase of textbooks, school uniforms and stationery
For non-FAS students, proceed to Step 1 & Step 2:
Step 1 – Download the booklist.
Step 2 – Purchase textbooks, stationery, school uniforms, school PE attire.
NOTE:
a) For students who intend to take SBB subjects, you are advised not to purchase the books for these subjects until you receive a confirmation from the school.
b) Students who are offered SBB subjects should only purchase their books at the higher level after the confirmation of SBB offer. Do inform the school bookshop of the SBB offer to ensure you purchase the correct books. If unsure, please keep the textbooks intact and in original condition should you need to exchange at the school bookshop.

D. Higher Mother Tongue Languages/Foreign Languages/Third Languages Matters
There will be a separate zoom Q&A session(9.35am to 9.55am) to address parents' concerns on higher mother tongue languages/foreign languages/third languages after the Zoom Webinar engagement on Thursday, 21 Dec 2023.
Details of the Q&A session will be shared at the end of Zoom Webinar.

E. Subject Based Banding Matters
There will be a separate zoom Q&A session (9.35am to 9.55am) to address parents' concerns on Subject Based Banding (SBB) after the Zoom Webinar engagement on Thursday, 21 Dec 2023. Students who are not offered and wish to do SBB subjects may also join in the session.
