Last week, your supervisor asked you to deliver a document to one of your clients, Miss Siti at her office. When you arrived at her office, there is no one around to receive the document and you decided to leave it on the receptionist counter.
Your supervisor inform you that he received a complaint from Miss Siti that she has yet to receive the document.
