Flipped  Classroom will bring a new era of pedagogy in my school spesifically to adapt to the new generation of today. In hope that it will be flexible enough to be carried out even in rural area, I wish to see my students excel in their education and bring up their motivation to learn English like others. 

Flipped learning is a teaching-learning strategy which allows students to learn a specific topic through materials at home before applying it in classrooms. It gives students more control over their learning and promotes student-centered learning and collaboration.
