The Ministry of Education Malaysia has initiated the National Level 2024 3-Minute Aspirations of the MADANI Generation Speech Programme, with the goal of fostering active student engagement in public speaking.

This programme seeks to unearth students' talents while nurturing their creativity in delivering compelling speeches. Each participant will be granted the opportunity to showcase their oratory skills within three minutes, promoting both confidence and impactful communication.
