DAY 1
Today I learned about the actual meaning of Flipped Classroom. Pretty sure I've heard it before but haven't really understand about it until today. So, what is Flipped Classroom? To simplify, in a traditional classroom setting a teacher would've teach, give homework and discuss. In a flipped classroom, the teaching part is done at home and the homework is done in class. Therefore gives more time for teachers to shift focus to the students with the low ability who struggle to comprehend the lesson.
DAY 2
Today I had the opportunity to learn how to create more videos using Edpuzzle- a platform to edit vides and embedded questions- which I think is going to be very beneficial to my students. In the next session, I learned how to produce videos using screencasting tools. Apart from Canva, Edpuzzle is great way to do screencasting (and even more user-friendly too!). Who knew there are so many tools out there that you can use to screencast. Poor my brain cells though, they fried but at I learned something new today.
