Session 1: I got the chance to review and understand better what flipped classroom is from a very knowledgeable instructor. I also got the opportunity to learn a framework for integrating technology into teaching called the SAMR Model and it was explained in-depth by the instructor, Dr. Faisal. 

Session 2: Next, I also discovered how to create and develop a Digital Learning Portfolio with the help of Mr. Suraj. Overall, I felt excited and happy throughout today's session as I learned a lot of new information and skills of creating my own Digital Learning Portfolio with the assistance of great instructors. I was able to learn and use the website Canva in creating images and contents for my portfolio.

Session 3: I was able to experiment and try to create a lesson plan for a flipped learning. It was an eye-opening session which made me weighed everything before making a lesson plan in order to make sure the lesson will be smooth and effective.

Session 1: I got the chance to review how Edpuzzle works from a very knowledgeable instructor. I also got the opportunity to learn the steps in planning and creating a "before class" flipped learning lesson based on my classroom context which was explained in-depth by the instructor, Dr. Faisal. 

Session 2: Next, I also discovered how to screencast by using the application Screencastify with the help of Mr. Suraj. Overall, I felt thrilled as I learned a lot of new information and skills on how to make my flipped learning resource better with the assistance of great and experienced instructors.

Session 3: I was able to experiment and try to create a great video that suits my lesson and my pupils by using video editing tools such as CapCut and Edpuzzle. It was really simple and easy to learn and I am happy to say that I am quite a pro at it already! I had tried to cut and merge different videos into one using Capcut and I had tried to create notes and questions with audio as it is a Listening lesson, and even put link for further activity in Edpuzzle.

Session 1 & 2: I learned the Five Phrases of Action Plan in implementing Flipped Learning in my classroom. I gained further information on the flow of the process and and detailed explainations. Together, these phrases form a comprehensive and holistic action plan, revolutionising education towards student-centered excellence and empowering educators to harness the transformative potential of flipped learning effectively . It was helpful as it made my journey of Flipped Learning easier and smoother, thanks to the knowledgeable and experienced Dr. Szarmilaa. 

Session 3: I got constructive feedbacks and comments from Dr. Szarmilaa and Mr. Suraj on my work which are helpful for me to enhance myself for my personal growth and improvement. It provides me an opportunity to gain insight into my work from varied perspectives, fostering self-awareness and continuous learning. Through this session, my strengths can be acknowledged, while the areas for development are highlighted with actionable suggestions.
