I am sharing two videos to give you a feel for how I set up my classroom, which is quite unusual as I have had a desk-less classroom for the past 5 years. The first video is from August 2022 and is a “Welcome to Spanish” video shared with families before the first day of school. 

The second video is a screencast I made in June 2023 that features a slide-based layout and an explanation of what my classroom evolved to look like by the end of the school year. My mantra when designing a classroom is FLEXIBILITY, FLEXIBILITY, FLEXIBILITY! I am always adapting my physical space to meet the needs of the students I currently have…which is also a key reason I love the flexibility of the MCP model!
