Fill all cracks and holes with an expandable concrete filler
Scrape, sand, grind to remove the old finish
Clean and etch concrete with synthetic acid biodegradable cleaner
Apply the Epoxy base coat
Sprinkle the color flakes on the wet floor( As the customer desires)
Apply two heavy coats of clear coat
