You have completed all materials in the Preceptor Training Module! 

What's next:

1. Please follow this Attestation Link to state an understanding of your roles and expectations as a Preceptor in the UTC Graduate Athletic Training Program.

2. Be on the look-out for an email from Typhon with your log-in information so you can view and approve clinical hours, complete student evaluations, and update your profile with CAATE-required information.

• Complete your Typhon profile by uploading the following documents: (HERE is a video demonstrating this process)

  1. BOC certification 

  2. Current state AT license or regulation certification (if applicable) 

  3. NPI number (if applicable) 

  4. Venue-specific EAPs (up to 3) 

  5. OSHA/BBP Policy and Procedures (HERE is a sample)

  6. CLICK SAVE at the bottom of the Typhon portfolio page after uploading all documents!
