Lunch Plans

If you are planning to attend the celebration in Jefferson City, MO, on April 9, 2025, you are welcome to join us for a pizza lunch, bottled water and vanilla ice cream cup during one of the two lunch services times: 11:00 am or 1:00 pm.

Weather permitting, lunch will be served outside on the south steps.
In case of inclement weather, Pizza service will be inside.

Service Directions

(NOTE: NEW PROCEDURES for 2025)

Please seat your students at a location chosen by each director around the bottom steps. (see lunch/photo map below)
Tables for lunch pickup will be labeled by school group. Sponsors or designee should report to the table to pickup the pizzas, ice cream, plates, napkins and spoons for your school.
Empty tables near student seating will be available to facilitate disbursement of the lunches. Water bottles for each student will be placed under these tables.
Trash receptacles will be on the corners of the South Steps.
Please place empty pizza boxes in the designated space to preserve trash receptacle space for other disposable items. See the posted signs.

Inclement Weather Plan:
Pizza service inside: Truman Cafeteria #1

Students will sit in the cafeteria at the tables. We will still have two lunch shifts: 11:00 am and 1:00 pm
