Rules and regulations

A team can have at most 3 members.
Rangoli should be related to the theme.
Bring your own colours and tools.
In case of any dispute, the decision of the judges would be considered final.
Participant must be a currently enrolled students in a recognized educational institution.
Participant should have a valid college ID card, which they have to show at the time of event.

Any of the false information will lead to the rejection.
