Act 166 Consortium

The Act 166 Consortium is a collaboration of 12 different school districts and supervisory unions that provide support to prequalified preschool programs for the implementation of Act 166 funding. 

The Act 166 Consortium developed and implemented a streamlined approach to supporting the distribution of Act 166 funding to prequalified preschool programs across multiple counties in Vermont.
