My name is Mrs. Brooks and I am so excited to be teaching second grade at Mt. Markham Elementary School! Most importantly, I am excited to be your teacher! It’s going to be a fun-filled year with lots of learning and new adventures. I am excited to learn ALL about you, but first you get to learn some about me!

I have been teaching for 17 years, many of them at the Middle School right here at Mt. Markham. I also taught at Amwell View School in Stanstead Abbotts in England. My husband grew up in England and we lived there for three years after we were married. I have been married for 14 years and have 3 children - William, who is going into 7th grade; Abigail, who is going into 4th grade, and Elliott, who is 4. We also have a cat, Belle, who is also 4 years old! We have a fun, busy house!
