Create a Computer Program
In this course students will develop a flexible and robust computer program using appropriate tools, techniques and programming concepts. Iterative improvement throughout the design, development and testing process will ensure the computer program meets the task specified.

Download the latest version of Python (3.x) if you don't already have it.
Consider using Pycharm to write your computer programs
Use the planning helper to generate your variables table (and parts of your test plan).
This is a useful online resource to check your code meets programming conventions code WOF
Work through the videos and complete the following tasks:
Task 1 - Rock / Paper / Scissors
Task 2 - Higher Lower
Please use screencastify to document your testing (i.e. show that you have followed your test plan) and complete the program planning template.
Checkpoint 1: Upload a pdf copy of your evidence template called CP1_yourname. Due: Friday 31 May
Miss Ellis's class upload a pdf copy of your evidence template called C1_yourname. Due: Wednesday 5th June
Checkpoint 2: Upload a copy of the folder containing all the individual Python components, program versions, and a pdf copy of your evidence template (called yourname_Checkpoint2.pdf) into a folder called CP2_yourname. Due: Friday 14 July
Read through the assessment task and the marking schedule
Make a copy of the computer program documentation and rename it 92004_yourname. This should be open at all times when you are doing the assessment as you will need to add 'progress' screenshots at regular intervals.
Upload your folder, called 92004_yourname which should contain the following:
the renamed computer program documentation saved as a pdf file
all versions of your computer programs and all the component programs. Due: Friday 18 July
