Moses lake Air Force JROTC
Welcome to the Moses Lake School District Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps.
AFJROTC Cadets and MLHS drone teams had a blast at the Big Brains drone workshop in Bellevue on February 24th.
The cadets from MLHS AFJROTC just completed their Cadet Leadership Course Survival Camp with JROTC programs from Kennewick, Rogers, and Wenatchee high schools from 26 June - 30 June. The Cadets were taught woodland survival skills from Air Force Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) Specialists Staff Sergeant Palmer and Senior Airman Pursselee. Cadets learned how to build survival shelters, make fire, land navigation, basic survival medicine/First Aid, and had a great time hanging out. Checkout some of the fun things our students were up to.
Are you up for the challenge? Yes, you are. Have fun and maximize your potential as you earn credits towards graduation in the Air Force JROTC program. For more information, ask your counselor, visit Portable-12, or email afjrotc@mlsd161.org
