Fitness and athletics have been a part of Mario's life since he was 6 years old, with a deep passion for baseball that carried him through college. However, his journey wasn’t without challenges. After a debilitating back injury left him struggling with even simple tasks like putting on socks or tying his shoes, Mario took matters into his own hands. Through classes, personal research, and experimentation, he rehabilitated himself and came back stronger than ever.
Today, as a personal trainer, Mario draws on his personal experience to help others regain confidence in their movement. He emphasizes teaching proper strength trainingtechniques while ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported—especially when reintroducing exercise into their lives. Mario’s focus is on creating a welcoming, non-intimidating atmosphere in the gym.
When he’s not training, you can find Mario golfing, fishing, or exploring new food spots. Nature and the outdoors remain a constant source of joy for him.
John is a passionate and dedicated personal trainer committed to helping individuals achieve their fitness and health goals. With a strong background in sports and athletics, including his experience as an amateur MMA fighter, John brings extensive knowledge of fitness, strength training, and nutrition.
John’s belief in fitness as an essential pillar of health and wellness drives his approach to personal training. He creates tailored programs for his clients that are both challenging and achievable, all while maintaining a comfortable and motivating environment. His goal is to help you reach your full potential, no matter where you’re starting from.
In his free time, John enjoys hiking, lifting, boxing, and spending time with friends. His dedication to fitness extends beyond the gym, and he’s always looking for new ways to stay active and inspire others.
